Delivery Phases

  • Shipping Time: Begins after processing and depends on the chosen shipping method and destination.

Please note:

Orders placed after 5:00 PM (PST) may begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery times may be longer during busy seasons and promotional events.

We use USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. The total estimated delivery time combines processing and shipping periods.

Undelivered Packages

  • If tracking shows delivery but you cannot find the package, check the delivery location thoroughly.
  • Contact the shipping carrier for assistance.

Incorrect Addresses

  • We cannot guarantee delivery to incomplete or incorrect addresses.

Duties & Taxes

  • Trekmerch is not liable for customs fees if the package is rejected by the recipient or if delivery fails after multiple attempts.
